I wanted to write to tell you how much we miss the help that you have given us over the many years that we have known you. When we were ready to tile our master bathroom we visited a local company that was in the business of selling tile and carpets. We picked out and settled on the tile that we wanted and asked the company who they would recommend as a good tile installer. You were at the top of their list and overwhelmingly said that you were the best in the industry here in the Nevada City & Grass Valley, CA area. We got together with you to discuss the project we had in mind. Both my wife and myself instantly connected with you as you were friendly, well-spoken and very knowledgeable. You presented us with suggestions and guided us through the process and clearly stated what the time frame and estimated cost would be to complete the project. We hired you on the spot and never looked back. Over time, we met your son, your daughter and your wife. We appreciated the fact that you were very family oriented as well as a talented contractor. From there, we went on to hire you to tile our kitchen floor, tile our second bathroom, construct and tile a third bathroom and build a beautiful room for us in the basement of our home. During all that time, you re-shingled two of our rental properties, installed new siding and painted the outside. You also renovated a third property on the inside, installed new windows and doors as well. On a fourth property, you repaired the fence and a buckled floor as well as other minor issues. I could name numerous other minor projects that you have done for us but I do believe what I have stated in the above letter give you an idea how very valuable you have been to us, Brandon. We were disappointed when you and your family decided to leave California and our little town and move to another state. We not only lost a friend but a valuable contractor in the process. Brandon, you are a contractor that can be relied on at every step. You are honest, you keep your clients informed and give them superb work for their money.
