Brandon Warmuth, owner of Prestige Tile, worked with me in 2018 and 2019. He completely tiled my bathroom and shower, my laundry room, an entryway along with another bathroom. His work is impeccable. His attention to detail is outstanding. He showed up when he said he would, the work was done on time, and he cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is honest hardworking and extremely good at what he does. I would recommend him for any job.

In 2019 Brandon and his son painted the First Baptist Church building in Nevada City, California. I was the pastor there at the time. There are several things I can say about Brandon Warmuth. Brandon Warmuth was my go-to contractor on both homes that I own. He provided me with years of top-quality work in all aspects of the remodeling process; interior and exterior painting, dry rot removal and replacement, door, window and trim installation, gutters, decking, he does it all! He and his crew cleans-up after themselves and fulfills every promise he makes. On one of the jobs, some of my materials were delayed and Brandon stayed on top of it, keeping me informed every step of the way. He made it where I didn’t have to focus on the construction projects but I could continue to focus on my work and life.

Brandon has completed a good number of various construction related projects for my wife and I over the years. Anything from installing new windows, painting the inside and outside our homes, pressure washing, building an outdoor gazebo, preparing our home to sell, all the way to building us a large 2-story upscale barn. He has proved himself competent and produces excellent craftsmanship. We often travel and had scheduled a trip to Europe when Brandon had an opening in his schedule. We completely trusted Brandon to complete many of these projects without supervision because he had earned our trust. He always delivered what he promised. In fact, we began to schedule our trips, so we could miss the construction process and come back to clean updated home. I have used Prestige Tile for 4 tiling remodel projects: a kitchen counter and island, two bathrooms, and kitchen floor. The bathroom remodel for my wife included tile floors, walls, and the countertop. Additionally, he replaced the toilet, installed new sinks and fixtures and installed a new roman slipper claw foot bathtub. The finished project was stunning! Brandon has completed every project on time and within budget. He is very easy to work with, cleaned up each day and always showed up on time the following day as promised. He is completely trustworthy. Many of the projects we had him complete were done while we were out of the country on vacation. We communicated via email (questions, details, changes, ordering, etc.) and much to our delight, the projects would complete to our satisfaction upon returning home. I would recommend Prestige Tile to anyone and would use the company again myself and I would be more than happy to discuss his work with any interested parties.

Brandon Warmuth of Prestige Tile has done many tiling projects for me. His tile work is always beautifully done and his attention to detail was evident in every aspect. Excellent quality is something I have come to expect from him. Many times, I had to leave my home to go to work. I felt very comfortable leaving him and his crew in my house alone. I would refer him to anyone as his work and ethics are top quality. Marty, who owns the glass company that installed my shower doors said; “Whoever did the tile work did a fantastic job” I would agree without hesitation!

Brandon Warmuth, of Prestige Tile completely renovated our bathroom recently after a septic system collapse. His tile work is incredibly precise and beautifully done (an artist at work!) I highly recommend Brandon for any project. He has also completed other construction related projects for us, and I have been equally pleased with his work.

Hello Brandon,

I wanted to write to tell you how much we miss the help that you have given us over the many years that we have known you. When we were ready to tile our master bathroom we visited a local company that was in the business of selling tile and carpets. We picked out and settled on the tile that we wanted and asked the company who they would recommend as a good tile installer. You were at the top of their list and overwhelmingly said that you were the best in the industry here in the Nevada City & Grass Valley, CA area. We got together with you to discuss the project we had in mind. Both my wife and myself instantly connected with you as you were friendly, well-spoken and very knowledgeable. You presented us with suggestions and guided us through the process and clearly stated what the time frame and estimated cost would be to complete the project. We hired you on the spot and never looked back. Over time, we met your son, your daughter and your wife. We appreciated the fact that you were very family oriented as well as a talented contractor. From there, we went on to hire you to tile our kitchen floor, tile our second bathroom, construct and tile a third bathroom and build a beautiful room for us in the basement of our home. During all that time, you re-shingled two of our rental properties, installed new siding and painted the outside. You also renovated a third property on the inside, installed new windows and doors as well. On a fourth property, you repaired the fence and a buckled floor as well as other minor issues. I could name numerous other minor projects that you have done for us but I do believe what I have stated in the above letter give you an idea how very valuable you have been to us, Brandon. We were disappointed when you and your family decided to leave California and our little town and move to another state. We not only lost a friend but a valuable contractor in the process. Brandon, you are a contractor that can be relied on at every step. You are honest, you keep your clients informed and give them superb work for their money.
